1Free Plan

The Free plan is completely free. We do not require or collect credit card information for the Free plan, and no charges will ever be applied to your account unless you explicitly upgrade.

2Pro Monthly

The Pro Monthly plan is billed at $9.00 USD per month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will maintain full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial or full refunds are offered for the current monthly period after a charge has been successfully processed.

3Annual

The Annual plan is billed at $79.00 USD per year. We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DisputeX AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Requests received after the 7-day window has passed are not eligible for a refund.

4How to Request

To request a refund, please send an email to support@disputeletterai.com. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your DisputeX AI account email address.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The transaction reference ID (available in your Paddle receipt).

5Refund Processing

All refunds are processed by Paddle, our secure payment merchant of record. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
