By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the website in any way, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using DisputeX AI.

DisputeX AI is an AI-powered document preparation tool designed to help consumers generate dispute letters for common consumer credit, landlord, product return, medical bill, and debt collection disputes.

To access certain features of DisputeX AI, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

DisputeX AI offers Free and Paid (Pro Monthly and Annual) plans. Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our merchant of record.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your settings page, and your cancelation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree to use DisputeX AI only for legitimate consumer disputes you have personally experienced. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or use this Service.

You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to generate fraudulent claims, submit false information, harass third parties, or attempt to scrape or clone our proprietary AI generation platform.

The layout, designs, branding, logos, software, and AI templates utilized on DisputeX AI are the sole property of DisputeX AI and are protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. Dispute letters generated for your personal account are licensed to you for your personal consumer use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DisputeX AI, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform or any generated correspondence.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be filed in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
